Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
Редакция 3, действует с 23 September 2026
1. When consent is not required
1.1. No separate consent to the processing of personal data is required to place an order: the processing is necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
1.2. Which data is processed, for what purposes and on what legal basis is described in the privacy notice.
2. When consent is required
2.1. Marketing communications: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 13 of Directive 2002/58/EC. Text of the consent: consent to marketing communications.
2.2. Analytics cookies: Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC. Cookie Policy.
3. Requirements for consent
3.1. Consent must be freely given, specific, informed and expressed by an unambiguous action: consent to marketing communications is given by ticking a separate box, which is not pre-ticked and is not tied to placing an order; consent to analytics cookies is given by clicking in the banner (Article 7 GDPR). No consent is requested when placing an order: the buyer accepts the terms of sale by clicking the “Buy” button, which completes the order.
3.2. Refusing consent does not prevent you from placing an order and does not worsen the terms of purchase.
3.3. The Seller keeps a record of who gave consent, when, and to which version of the document, and will confirm this upon request.
4. Withdrawal of consent
4.1. Consent may be withdrawn at any time: by emailing info@timbale.pro, by using the unsubscribe link in an email, and, for cookies, by deleting the website’s cookies in your browser settings.
4.2. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
4.3. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
5. Data controller
