Consent to Receive Marketing Communications

1. What you authorise

1.1. By ticking the consent box, you authorise Timbale OÜ to send you messages about discounts, promotions, new products and curated selections from the TIM|BALE online store.

1.2. Channel: the email address you have provided.

1.3. Consent is voluntary: without it, orders are placed on the same terms.

1.4. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 13 of Directive 2002/58/EC.

2. What does not constitute marketing

2.1. Emails concerning orders, payment, delivery and returns, as well as the “Notify me when available” alert you have requested, are service messages. They are sent regardless of this consent.

3. What data is used

3.1. Your email address, your name if you have provided it, and email delivery information.

3.2. A full description of the processing is set out in the privacy notice.

4. Withdrawal of consent

4.1. By emailing info@timbale.pro, whereupon the mailings cease.

4.2. By using the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email.

4.3. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of mailings sent prior to withdrawal.
